At A&C Designs Company, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. We know that placing an order can be exciting, but the real excitement comes when your items arrive on your doorstep! Our goal is to guarantee consistent and efficient delivery of all your purchased items, every time you order. As a small, two-woman operation, we want to be as transparent as possible with you in regards to our shipping practices.

  • After orders are placed and paid for in full, orders will be packaged over the next 5-10 business days

  • After packaging, orders will be taken to the post office to be delivered to you over the next 3-5 business days during standard operating times

  • Due to the ongoing pandemic, please be flexible with your expectations as USPS is still struggling to catch up on a backlog of deliveries

  • Holidays may delay shipments depending on USPS traffic and and an increase in shipments

Our Policies: Shipping Policy


A&C Designs Company took lift off as of March 1, 2021 with our very first launch (eep!). Being a very small, local operation out of Golden, Colorado in the process of getting things off the ground, our policies may be stricter than what you'd normally see at a large retailer. With that being said, our return and exchange policies are laid out below to provide you with the clarity and transparency you need to have a happier shopping experience.

  • Only damaged or destroyed items (i.e. torn apparel, ripped hems, etc) are eligible for return or exchange

  • The item(s) must be unworn with all tags attached and un-tampered with

  • Shipping for returns and exchanges is not covered by A&C Designs Company and associated costs will need to be covered by the customer

  • Returns and exchanges will be handled via email as needed - email to inquire about a return or exchange
